Roosts at Dusk: a guided walk at RSPB Titchwell Marsh

Bring your sense of adventure and your binoculars and watch the reserve come to life as darkness falls.  Join us for late afternoon views of Marsh Harriers soaring over reedbeds and possible views of Starlings murmurating across the reserve. We’ll scan the skies for Little Egrets settling down in Willow Wood and watch as they jockey for prime roosting spots all to the back drop of the dusk chorus.   Listen out for the quavering call of a Tawny Owl echoing through woodlands, or the haunting screech of a Barn Owl as it prepares to nestle into the night.

Please dress appropriately for the time of day, as it can get chilly on the marsh as the sun sets. You will meet your guide in the courtyard beyond the Welcome Hub and the walk will end with a hot drink. Please note that the only public toilets are in the car park.
