Night time safari at Pulborough Brooks - nightjars on the heath

As the sun sets we’ll lead you on a night-time walk onto the heathland. We’ll take a closer look at some marvellous moths and then head out on a search for mysterious nightjars, brilliant bats and other night creatures!

We'll be in small groups with staggered start times to ensure that all our guests have the best possible experience.

Information on access around the trails

The heathland trail is a sandy trail with some steeper slopes and uneven, with tree roots in places. The route we usually take is not suitable for our tramper mobility buggy or for manual wheelchairs. If you do have restricted mobility please get in touch before booking and we can discuss what adaptations can be made.

Please wear suitable outdoor clothing and footwear for your adventure. If you have binoculars then do bring them along. You may also want to bring along a torch.

Toilets at the visitor centre will be open at the start and end of the event.
