Join us for some eggstra-ordinary goings on at Strumpshaw Fen this Easter. Eggs are popping up all over the reserve! See if you can find them all and learn about the amazing wildlife that laid them. Along the way have fun with our egg-xellent eggy activities- create your own nest, make your own nature egg decoration to take home and see how far you can balance your egg in our egg and spoon race.
No need to book, just turn up on the day and pick up your trail from Reception. Charge for trail £3. Normal reserve entry fees apply for non-RSPB members.
Self-led pond dipping will also be available from 10am-3pm - discover the creatures lurking in the hidden depths of the waters at Strumpshaw Fen! No need to book - All pond dipping equipment is provided for £3. Please do not bring your own nets as you won't be able to use them in our pond.
