Enjoy the amazing sights and sounds as the sun sets on the reserve and the animals of the night come to life. We'll take a liesurely stroll into the reserve as dusk falls looking out for woodcock patrolling their territories and then the main event will begin as the nightjars perform their fascinating churring and wing-clapping displays. On our way back to the car park we'll be on the watch for the bright green lights of glowworms at the sides of the tracks.
Please wear suitable footwear and warm clothing because it can get quite cool at night. If you have binoculars, bring them along and we also recommend a torch and insect repellent.
