Joins us on National moth weekend Saturday 21st May where we will have a moth reveal in the morning to record and highlight to visitors the species of moth we get at Newport wetlands. In the afternoon, our moth expert will lead a guided walk around Newport wetlands covering all individuals in the Lepidoptera family. This includes day flying moths and butterflies.
Please note this event is weather dependant and in the event of poor weather, we will cancel and full refunds will be given. This ticket includes front row access to the moth reveal in the morning and a slot on the guided walk later in the afternoon. Why not make a day of it and visit our glass fronted café for lunch while you watch the wildlife. This event is fully accessible and electric mobility scooters are free to hire. Dogs are not permitted on this event, and you will need a car park token to leave. Free to RSPB members, £4 for non-members.
