Nature photography safari at Pulborough Brooks

This workshop is designed for people who are looking for opportunities to photograph nature and want to learn how to make better use of their camera.

We’ll talk you through a few key techniques for you to try with your camera and some hints and tips on composition. You’ll then have the opportunity to test out some new ideas, with chance to get up close with some of our amazing wildlife, including some magnificent moths. You’ll be in a small group and your photographic guides, John and Andy, will be able to provide you with some 1:1 advice and will help you to track down, identify and photograph wildlife and the beautiful landscape.

There will be a short indoor session, but you will be spending most of the session out on the reserve so please wear suitable outdoor clothing. A light lunch will be provided and there will be tea, coffee and biscuits to keep you going.

Information on access around the trails

Please wear suitable outdoor clothing and footwear for your adventure. If you have binoculars then do bring them along.

We explore both the wetland and the wooded-heathland trail on this event and we will also use areas that do not usually have public access. The ground can be uneven in places and may not be suitable for our tramper mobility vehicle. If you do have any mobility issues, please contact us before booking to discuss alternative arrangements.

There is a car park, play area toilets, cafe and shop at the nature reserve.
