Join us on a bat hunt as dusk falls across St Aidan's! We’ll learn about the habits and sounds of these amazing animals, searching by sight and sound and using bat detectors to help us. We'll be looking out for see tiny pipistrelles feeding in the air, noctules searching for moths, and Daubenton's darting and gliding over the water.
We'll provide bat detectors and torches, although bring your own along if you have them! The walk will last for around two hours and we'll be walking around the site at dusk, so we also recommend warm clothes and appropriate footwear.
Please note that this event is not suitable for dogs.
