Introduction to Wildlife Photography

Are you new to the world of wildlife photography, bamboozled by a myriad options and settings on your camera?

If you're looking to become more confident with your equipment, and learn some top tips for photographing animals in the field, this is the session for you.

This introduction is designed to help you tailor your camera for getting more successful with your shots; and also includes general guidance for when you are out and about in the field looking for wildlife. The emphasis is on birds, as they are generally more readily seen and are more challenging to photograph - but you might spot some of our other resident wildlife too! This session is aimed primarily at DSLR users, but not exclusively - there's still much to learn and enjoy if you have a different type of camera.

Please note this event is outdoors and will include some walking, so please wear comfortable clothes and shoes; and it is not suitable for dogs. Places are strictly limited and pre-booking is essential.
