Loch Gruinart Mindfulness Walk

Mindfulness is the idea of learning how to be fully present, with an awareness of your thoughts and feelings, without distraction or judgement. Take time out from everyday stresses and join us on a relaxing and leisurely walk around RSPB Loch Gruinart and re-engage with nature. This is your opportunity to slow down, calm your mind and deepen your relationship with the natural world.

Meet at 10am at the Visitor Centre, no booking required. This free event will last approx. 1 hour. The walk and mindfulness exercises will be taking place outside, so please dress appropriately for the weather.
