The vast saltmarsh of the Dee Estuary reserve is a vital winter home for many birds of prey, with six species regularly seen hunting the flocks of ducks, waders and songbirds that gather here.
This afternoon event aims to showcase everything from the fast falcons peregrine and merlin and hovering kestrels to the more ambling resident marsh harriers and the wintering hen harriers, who have a long-established roost on the marsh off the Old Baths car park.
Our friendly guides will be on hand to spot and show you these majestic birds - along with everything else out on the marsh. No need to book, and stay as long as you like.
Free parking is available at the Old Baths car park, with a range of refreshments available to buy along Parkgate promenade.
