FAQs

What should I bring to the event?

Suitable outdoor clothing and footwear should be worn.  Please bring along a drink and/or snack for the walk.  The café will also be open should you want a hot or cold drink and a bite to eat after.  We also recommend bringing your own binoculars if you have them, however we also hire them out from the shop.

Is there a minimum age requirement for the event?

Due to the length of the walks, we do not recommend them for children under the age of 6 years old.

What parking and facilities are available at the reserve?

Here at RSPB South Stack we have three separate car parks, which are each equipped with a ticket machine.  Cycle racks are available at the Visitor Centre as well as a café, toilets and baby changing facilities.  If you’re a member please can you display your membership card.

Are dogs permitted on the walk?

Well behaved dogs are permitted on the walk, although must always be kept on a short lead.
