Join a night-time walk in partnership with Staffordshire bat group, led by Phil Playford. Phil has many years’ experience of the distribution and behaviour patterns of woodland bats and this will be a wonderful opportunity to learn more about these amazing flying mammals, the threats they face and things we can do to help them. Using bat detectors Dave hopes to be able to identify many of the bats on the wing during this two hour night walk.
Please wear stout footwear and be aware that care must be taken when walking the uneven paths at Coombes, especially at night.
