Middleton Lakes is a tranquil area of wetlands, meadows, and woodland. Several kilometres of trails are home to a variety of rich habitats where there is always something new to encounter.
Join us for a sunset stroll through the reserve for the chance of seeing fantastic wildlife. Learn all about starlings and their behaviour as you walk through our lively wetlands, and hopefully catch the spectacle of the murmuration as they come into roost.
No experience needed, just come along and enjoy the wildlife!
The walk back will be dark so bring a torch to help you get back to your car safely. Please stick to the main paths.
