Yoga in the Woods

Connect to your natural self.

Join us and enjoy a gentle Hatha Yoga Class focusing on a centring and calming practice intended to support our recuperation from the challenges of our everyday lives and reconnect with the natural world.

Simon (British Wheel of Yoga Teacher) will guide you through a simple Asana practice (Postures), a breath practice and a meditative relaxation.

It is a perfect way to begin your weekend.

The practice begins at 9.00am in the space where the Picnic Table is next to the Car Park. Bring a mat and a blanket and consider insect repellent, sunscreen, and water.

If this is your first visit, contact and I will send you a health questionnaire that you will need to complete.
