In the first of our Creative Nature workshops, explore watercolour techniques within the beautiful RSPB Old Moor reserve with local artist, Chris Teal.
Old Moor’s wildlife, lakes, ponds and reedbeds will provide your inspiration to create three bespoke watercolour greeting cards to take away with you. Tickets for this day-long workshops are limited to 15 adults so there will be plenty of opportunity to discuss your ideas and develop your techniques. There will be the opportunity to purchase art equipment at the end of the session, should you wish to.
Chris Teal is a professional artist based in South Yorkshire. She runs workshops and classes for people of all ages. She tutors watercolours, acrylics, soft pastel, mixed media and sketching and is a member of the SAA.
All the art equipment you will need reserve entry and refreshments are included within your ticket. Please bring lunch with you or make use of Old Moor's café. Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear as part of the workshop will be outside, exploring the nature reserve.
