Search for minibeasts, flowers, birds, and more at RSPB Radipole Lake; enjoy some nature themed activities on a short walk around the reserve followed by an exciting pond-dipping session.
Will you spot a darting dragonfly? or a cheeky bearded reedling? or perhaps even find a newt?
We'll be looking for wildlife high and low, it's an adventure not to be missed!
Children must be accompanied by an adult; you are responsible for your child throughout the experience.
Booking
When booking please provide a valid phone number and e-mail as your booking confirmation will be sent via e-mail. We need a valid phone number (landline and mobile) in case we need to get hold of you urgently to update you with changes/cancellation. Thank you for your co-operation.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? The activities in the event are aimed at children between 5-11 years old, but families can bring children along that are outside this age-range.

What can I bring into the event? We recommend suitable outdoor clothing. You may wish to carry a drink and/or snack. No dogs, except registered assistance dogs please.
Can I stay on the reserve after the walk? Yes, Radipole Lake is open all day every day! So, make the most of the trip and take your time exploring at your leisure after the event.
How can I contact the organiser with any questions? Email weymouth.reserves@rspb.org.uk. All bookings must be made online.
What's the refund policy? If we cancel an event for any reason, you will receive a full refund. Should you need to cancel, then you receive a full refund up to three days before the event, after which no refund is available. Cancellations must be made using the email address weymouth.reserves@rspb.org.uk
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? No - Please bring proof of your ticket or email confirmation with you. RSPB members should bring their membership cards with them please.
