Then why don’t you and all the family come join us on an adventure of discovery with one of our Birdwatching for Beginner guided walks! Our expert guides are on-hand to help, sharing all their bird knowledge and identification tips along the way. The walk will then be completed with a drink and cake from our café, all included within the ticket price.
Please note: The event may be cancelled at short notice if adverse weather conditions are forecast. Off-road mobility trampers are also available for hire. Please contact us at arne@rspb.org.uk if this would help you partake in this event.
Booking When booking please provide a valid phone number and e-mail as your booking confirmation will be sent via e-mail. We need a valid phone number (landline and mobile) in case we need to get hold of you urgently to update you with changes/cancellation. Thank you for your co-operation.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? There are no minimum age requirements.

What can I bring into the event? We recommend suitable outdoor clothing. You may wish to carry a drink and/or snack. No dogs, except registered assistance dogs please.
Do you cater for special dietary needs? Yes, if attendees let us know prior to event.
Can I stay on the reserve after the walk? Yes, Arne is open from Dawn to Dusk. Entrance is free for members (please bring your membership card) but a fee applies for non-members wishing to stay beyond the event time. So why not make the most of exploring the reserve at your own leisure. We even have a wild play area.

What's the refund policy? If we cancel an event for any reason, you will receive a full refund. Should you need to cancel, then you receive a full refund up to three days before the event, after which no refund is available. Cancellations must be made using the email address arne@rspb.org.uk
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? No - Please bring proof of your ticket or email confirmation with you. RSPB members should bring their membership cards with them please.
When will we cancel an event? Many of our events will still go ahead in wet weather. If any events are cancelled, we will contact you via the email address used when booking onto the event. If you have not received an email from us, the event is still going ahead.
