Have you always wanted to take your birdwatching skills to that next level, but, are not sure where to start? Then come join our expert guides as they take you through a comprehensive 3-week course to discover and learn more about Arne’s bird species. No previous experience required. We’ll take you through everything from identification tips to optics, so you can explore any reserve with newfound confidence!
Each course is split into 3 weekly sessions as follows:
1. Garden & Woodland species - 6th June 2024
2. Coastal species - 13th June 2024
3. Open Habitat (Heathland) species - 20th June 2024
Please feel free to bring any optics with you. Alternatively, they can be hired from the shop. Each session will run from 9:30am – 12pm, starting and finishing by the shop and café.
Please note: sessions may be cancelled at short notice if adverse weather conditions are forecast. The terrain can be uneven in places, so sturdy footwear is recommended. Off-road mobility trampers are available to hire, please contact us at arne@rspb.org.uk if this would help you partake in this event.
