If you are keen to learn more about the Insects that we have on Rainham Marshes reserve. Then this is the event for you. With the help of our eyes and sweep nets, we should find lots of different shieldbugs, ladybirds, grasshoppers, bees, spiders, beetles, butterflies, dragonflies and hoverflies, which your guide will help you to identify.
The walk will cater for beginners and those with more insect knowledge. Bring your camera to photograph your finds.
Meet at the Visitor Centre just before 10.30am .
Please wear suitable clothing and footwear , it may well be warm on the reserve so a hat , sunscreen and water maybe advisable
We will be on the reserve for approximately 2 hours, covering just over 2 miles.
Your event ticket will include parking for the duration of the event.
There are toilets, a café a and a shop on site.
