Our ever-popular Big Wild Sleepout is back! Come and join us for the ultimate closer-to-nature experience - sleeping under the stars, a camp fire, wildlife walks, and fun activities. Suitable for adults and families alike, this is a unique experience.
Set-up is from 5 pm, pack away is by 10 am the following day. This event is limited to 30 participants. The price includes a special supper of Lincolnshire hot dogs cooked on our BBQ (vegetarian alternatives available) with potato wedges and salads.
Please bring your own tent and camping gear! Toilets will be open at all times at the visitor centre, 100 metres from the camping area. BBQ's and gas stoves for cooking breakfasts are permitted in the camp area but must not be left unattended. Water buckets are available. Our cafe will be opening early for participants if you'd prefer to buy your breakfast from us.
Activities on the night include: pond dipping, bug hunting, a twilight tour, bat detecting, star gazing and moth trapping. We will also be toasting vegan marshmallows and playing fun games
