Our Wildlife Wanders have been such a success that we have decided to give those of you a chance who missed out another chance to join us and even those that made our summer walk a chance to now learn more about the autumn species.
Join our friendly and highly experienced guide for an inspiring and informative walk across the reserve to spot all the wonderful wildlife we have to offer.
This two- and half-hour walk is aimed at all levels of knowledge, for those that wish to improve their wildlife watching skills and would like to learn more about the fabulous species we have here.
We'll explore all the main areas of the reserve to try to spot species like, Marsh Harriers, Egrets, Lapwings, Kingfisher and all the other wonderful autumn wildlife moving in. Our experienced leader will explain why and when these fabulous creatures decide to visit our unique reserve, the wider work we do to make this reserve so brilliant, the history and journey we’ve been on to make the reserve what it is today.
Please dress appropriately for the weather on the day and have sturdy footwear. Bring your binoculars, or you can hire some from us on the day.
We have a new café onsite, so there will be plenty of delicious homemade refreshments for you purchase if you wish after your walk.
Ticket price includes your reserve entry fee for non-members.
