Robin Robin adventure trail at Rainham Marshes

Celebrate your inner Robin on a Robin Robin adventure trail at Rainham Marshes!

Aardman’s new festive musical tale about a young robin trying to fit in, debuts on Netflix on 24 November. Every year, Robin joins her family on a big sneak to find food to survive the winter. Join us on the great RSPB sneak and celebrate your inner robin! Complete the trail and you will learn to sing like a robin, find your own superpower and use all your senses to connect with the robin within.

Our exclusive activity packs will help you complete all the fun challenges along the trail as well as give robin-related activities to do at home, a certificate (for when you become a brilliant robin) and much more!

Audio trails

We’ve also provided an audio trail. Scan the QR codes as you complete the sneak, to hear Robin herself guide you along the way. Voiced by Bronte Carmichael, the voice actor for Robin Robin.

Activity packs are £3 each from Reception in the Visitor Centre at Rainham Marshes and trails are available between 9.30am and 4.30pm (except Christmas Day and Boxing Day when the reserve is closed). No need to book. Just come along and start sneaking.

As well as getting stuck into your big sneak you can also join other Robin Robin events!

Information About The Trails

You'll be walking a section of the reserve to complete the Robin Robin adventure trail and return to the visitor centre. You also have the option to continue around the full circular loop of our nature trail which is 2.4 miles in total.

Please wear suitable outdoor clothing and footwear for your adventure. You can bring binoculars if you would like, or you can always hire them from us on reception.

The main trail includes access to our main walk, hide and adventure play area. The paths are good hard paths or boardwalks - suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs (we do have a mobility scooter if you would like to borrow it - please give us a call in advance). Dogs, other than assistance dogs, are not permitted on this trail.

There is a car park, toilets, cafe and shop at the nature reserve.

Please note: the reserve will be closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
